A middle class couple embark on a weekend getaway to the French countryside. Each is contemplating adultery as they head for the coast, but end up ensnared in a traffic jam along the way. Hilarity ensues in this absurdist romp as it devolves into all manners of human folly, destruction, and encounters with colorful characters.
