DIY Calming Sensory Bottles for Tweens & Teens

May is Mental Health Awareness month, so teens and tweens are invited to make sensory bottles, simple devices that can help provide a calming and relaxing experience for people who are feeling anxious or overwhelmed. They're also beautiful and fun to make! Snacks will be served.

This is a drop-in program, so you can come any time from 3:00 p.m. on.
