Friends of the Somerville Library Spring Book Sale is back! The Book Sale will run on Friday, May 3 through Sunday, May 5.
Sunday Special! From 3-4pm, you can buy a Friends tote and fill it with books for only $15!
Book sales serve as our biggest fundraisers. With the money we raise, we fund diverse programming at all three SPL branches. A sampling of some of the incredible programs we've funded in the past year:
- Language classes in American Sign Language, Chinese, and Bengali
- Programs for all ages from financial literacy class, to Dungeons and Dragons, to sing-along with Matt Heaton
- Museum and parks passes
- Women in World Jazz
With your continued support, we're hoping to fund even more amazing programming! We look forward to seeing you at the sale!
